Access

Inclusion is at the heart of b-side. The magic of outdoor art is that it takes over our public spaces, and transforms the familiar into something new.

b-side is on a journey to consider access at the inception of each event, to discover the creative potential of accessible practice, and find new ways to reach, work with, and offer opportunities to everyone.

We try to make our events as accessible as we can. For Festival 2021 we included audio descriptions of some of the work,  Easy Read Festival Guide, videos of the routes and terrains to some of our installations and events, relaxed events for those who appreciate smaller audience numbers, free Trishaw rides to some Festival sites and a tour for people with mobility scooters.

Please feel free to contact us to discuss your access needs, we will do all we can to help and please feel free to give us feedback so we can improve access.
