In June 2013 b-side was identified as the lead organisation to manage a new partnership between arts organisations in Dorset, Synergy Housing and Real Ideas Organisation to deliver a project for 15-25 year olds to improve their employability.
Through a range of creative solutions, activities and practices an eighteen month programme of apprenticeships, internships, volunteering opportunities and work placements across Dorset’s creative industries has engaged over 130 young people.
