The Levels by Raphael Daden

Weymouth Sculpture Trail - between beach and backwater

Weymouth

Six brand-new artworks commissioned by Dorset Council invite you to explore and discover different parts of Weymouth.

Following a national open call, six artists (three Dorset based) were selected to create brand new artworks. Inspired by the town's maritime history and waterside environment, these beautifully crafted works celebrate Weymouth's rich heritage and highlight some of the challenges of a future by the sea. Created in a range of media including traditional materials and digital augmented reality, there is plenty to inspire and enjoy.

Steve Geliot - Apparition

Steve Geliot’s augmented reality work creates a playful attraction on the footpath under Swannery Bridge, leading you to explore the wetland RSPB nature reserve beyond. Take your mobile phone scan the code and discover.
