Jenny Graham - Mind Fields 1

Selected for b-side bus stops - a partnership project with Evolver and Sherborne House Arts

Mind Fields 1 by Jenny Graham

Mind Fields is a photo-etching created using a combination of an image of the synaptic structure of the human brain with cow parsley exploring the idea of combining microscopic images with natural matter.

Jenny is a painter/printmaker whose core practice is spent painting the landscapes of the southwest. Her work explores the specific aspects of each location - those things which make it unique. She is attracted to the timelessness of landforms and how they contrast with the interventions of society and agriculture.

She has also been working with photo-etching for about 4 years and is increasingly fascinated by it's creative potential.
