"Inspired by a photo taken in Portland in 1925 of two fishermen and their impressive catch of two gigantic rays outside The Cove Inn with a crowd of admirers, I am researching and filming these fantastic creatures for an installation in a cottage in Chiswell, and Skate film cabinet in the Inn."
The film, to be viewed from the street, will be projected into the windows of the cottage, which will seem to be filled with seawater, the rays flying in slow motion through the viscous brine.
