The Portland Promettes combine music, dance, comedy, live art, audience interaction and general showing-off in a collection of specially choreographed routines. Follow the roving spectacle around some of Portland’s key landmarks, with ‘show-bird’-watching and 90’s rave music inspired ‘dancefloor ornithology’ from the hide at Nicodemus Knob; ribbons and showroom modeling at Portland Bill; and special guest appearances from local dance company Stromatic Dance, on The Esplanade. Suitable for all the family.
The Portland Promettes are Steve Nice, Abi Cunliffe, Rhys Hollis, Richard DeDomenici, and Miss High Leg Kick featuring younger live artists Reggie Roberts and Luciana Hutt.
